Hodge though is absolutely brilliant - he is possibly the best summarizer of football there is, not just on local radio. We are lucky to have him, he really does know his stuff. Pretty sure he has a Pro License too which isn't a surprise. Far more knowledgeable than the melts that are on Sky paid fortunes every week.

I think it's a 'this generation of players' thing. Like they all have this shit banter thing about them. The ones that have recently retired.
I honestly think the women pundits that have recently retired are streets ahead of the male players that have recently retired.
Doesn't fit in all cases (Aluko for one) but it's like a boys club that just turn up and don't offer anything more than a name.
Soccer Saturday was a must watch back in the day but now is full of bland no-marks

The Loud End is legendary, those Forest Green Rovers commentators coined a phrase that will also be synonymous with the heady days Derby spent in league one.
