Surely they can’t be asking much more than what was paid for him

Hard to say with City I suppose... They're selling another really highly rated (possibly their highest rated of that age range) 18 year old lad in Romeo Lavia to Southampton for £10m with a buyback, so it does seem like they're having a bit of a clear out of their youth team players, maybe ahead of these changes in the loan rules. With that in mind perhaps £6/8m with a buyback?

He doesn’t look nearly as good on the ball as Djed to me, and has a rep for being out of position defensively. But that’s why he’s half the price I guess
