If you add to basket the pro. It is unassigned and if you try and assign it to your account it just throws up an error saying you don't have the right to it and can't check out. Not sure how these people are getting past that, probably just chatting shit as it is the internet.
100% not chatting shit.

I assume from the way people are talking then any loophole has been closed.

Want to add an account my daughter this year and try to get her a membership. Do I just add her as a completely separate account (she's a child) when I'm logged out, or can I somehow add her to my 'family' while I'm logged in? (Also I assume I can create an account for her now even though the MyForest memberships are not available yet for new accounts?)

I had to create a completely separate account,with email, for my lad last year and then just linked out memberships.

I would have thought you could add a child's membership in an adults but wasn't an option from what I saw.

Apparently Forest are contacting people who've blagged "Pro" from "Plus" and are refunding them the difference and moving them back to "Plus".

I know Ticketmaster run the ticketing for Forest but this is just so Forest. Assume it was a glitch.

Thanks, I've created her a separate account. I can't see where in either account I can link the two though? When you click on Linked Accounts it's to do with linking ticketing and retail accounts for the same person.

Edit - sorted now I think. I actually added a new ticketing account for her from within my own account in the end - had to be in the eticketing section of the site though.

Was about to say,scrap that. Just logged on to try and direct you as couldn't remember top of my head and I've noticed if you go to your profile and then in MyForestNetwork it has an option to add a child's account using your email address and account, apologies hadn't seen that previously.

Glad it's sorted now though

Went from a standard to pro this morning, managed to attend 50% of games or more last year on that membership, if they take my Pro away I will be a bit annoyed.

Yeah I tried adding a Pro membership and had exactly this. I renewed one of my Plus memberships and am not bothering with the one for my mrs.

I still begrudge paying to be able to possibly buy tickets but it's better than the alternative of not being able to go at all.

While I totally understand this it seems unfair that people can go from standard to Pro due to a glitch in the system.

There will be people that went 70% of games who were Plus who cannot move to Pro.

Don't get me wrong I completely agree, I'd be more annoyed with the club for adding to the already gigantic litany of errors they've made that scream amateur.

But I'd still be extremely disappointed, any time my phone goes off I expect it to be an e-mail to say they're taking it off me

Honestly mate I think you will be fine Forest are not organised enough to sort the memberships out they sold in error.

Awaiting new Away Membership rules with bated breath…
I would assume it is just renewals for current member/membership level.

Plus add in a small number of tickets for a ballot system, similar to what they have introduced for home membership:

Having analysed supporters’ feedback from last season, we are also delighted to introduce a small ballot of tickets that will be distributed across MyForest Plus and standard members who cannot get tickets within their designated windows.

I think last year the membership upgrades were done on a first-come-first-served basis. So it didn't matter how many games you had been to, it was back to fastest finger wins.
