It's the specific process in the way a player moves their body and the ball in order to complete an action. The higher the mastery in each area such as control, passing, shooting, dribbling etc the higher you can grade the player as technically sound.
Ive seen bits of him last season he is the mold of Sangare but even more defensive likes a tackle and just sits at the base of midfield i think him and Sangare in a midfield two would work as it would allow Sangare to be a box to box, For this season its gone well it started off slow for him but he got alot better and i think ive seen somewhere that he is in the top 10 of the top 5 leagues for defensive work

I think it makes perfect sense. We have some good midfielders but zero balance. They are all ‘8s’ with different skill sets but none of them are truly defensive midfielders.

Yeah Danilo as a 10 would be good cover for MGW and if you look at Sangare at Psv he wasnt one to sit he was the box to box, So if we get Luis to sit it allows Sangare to roam
Sangare at PSV was interesting, as think he was deep but their quality in that league allowed him to get forward often.

Which was how Cooper was using Sangare to reasonable effect in his first few games, with Mangala at the base. The caveat there being Mangala wasn't really a natural CDM.
Yeah thats right i think we even had a 3 man midfield when Cooper was doing that as well and Sangare was putting in good performances
Interestingly there the point was made that was to bed him into PL football while lessening the likelihood of mistakes that shipped goals. I don't think that was ever a long term place in the side for him. Maybe it will be, though I'm not sure he's mobile enough.
