Our best player tonight, with the 'performance' of all the others that was not hard, to be the best, but he really played well. His crossing is immense, when at the beginning of the second half he and Gunter started to play more attacking football it really looked good, almost like we had some wingers :D

He's still a young lad as well, so can only get better. Good to see him getting the plaudits his play had deserved.

Well done Lynch, knew you had potential. People only boo him because of the Doncaster game under Calderwood (Imo)...

I don't think it's about being a boo boy...when he joined his performances where nothing short of atrocious. Today he was top class and fair play to him, shows great character.

When I first saw him play I didn't think he was worth a second look, I would even goes as far as saying really disliked him. Whenever he would come on off the bench I would think he will make a match losing mistake but this season he has really grown on me. He is becoming the player Billy said he was. Agree he has probably been out best player in recent games. Rises above every player to win the ball which our other defenders have lacked. If we have four at the back I would like to see (from left to right) Hill, Lynch, Morgan and Gunter and give the armband to Camp. I never thought Chambers should have been made captain. He has only had one good season for us, I know he was played at right back for most of the others but he still should have made an impact when given the chance but he didn't. All in all my opinion of Lynch has changed and I really hope he is given more game time. You Reds!
