Summer 25 Transfer Window!!!

We are getting well ahead of ourselves on this thread!
1 We have not yet secured a Champions League place;
2 We have no idea who will choose to go and play for another club, to further their career;
3 Nuno needs to sign a new contract - his stock value has risen in the football world and until he commits to a new contract with us it will make bringing in top quality players more difficult;
4 The seems to be an assumption that no other club will be looking to target players named above;
5 As for naming Strand Larsen: Wolves have achieved much better results under their new manager, and I am sure they will be targeting a European lace next season, so are unlikely to let strand Larsen leave, specially if Cunha is off.
Let's forget about the summer window and just enjoy each of the remaining 5 Premier League games, come what may.
May as well close the thread then Captain!

Brentford wouldn't want to sell both but we could do a lot worse than getting both Wissa and Mbeumo for around 75m. Failing that at least one of them for sure. One more forward ideally.

A proper midfielder to give some control. Luiz on a loan to buy which allows for another to come in too.

Any/all of Sangare, Dominguez, Tiawo, Danillo and one of Sosa/Silve if required are ok to sell in my book.

We have squeezed the absolute max capability out of the current squad and unlikely to have such a good season again with the current lot. Being water tight at the back and taking the odd half chance is fine margins football and isn't sustainable in the long run.

We need more quality up front and a midfield which can keep possession and develop attacks rather than counter attack or bust.

I quite liked the look of Brighton's lad at Leicester, though RVN never seemed to want to use him. Can't spell his name mind...

Talking indeed of Man City, what our views on trying for Kevin de Bruyne on a free? I understand he still wants to play in the Prem. If MGW leaves, I would be interested.
The wages would be a sticking point, also at his age would he be able to be a mainstay? I think he will be too expensive for someone that can't play every game. His definitely quality though, id snap him up if I was say newcastle, they have enough talent to rotate.

Could Joao Palhinha do a job at the right price?
Absolutely, top player. He is arguably one of the best in the world at what he does, like a Rodri-lite but not got going at Bayern

30 in the summer though, would have to be a sensible price or better yet a loan

He is a great player. I absolutely loved watching Morgan destroy him in that masterclass v Fulham - Morgan was world class that day.

Crap first touch. Fulham much better without him. I don't think he's anywhere near as good as the tackling stats make him out to be.

Bayern may have other ideas.
Bayern always have other ideas.

They already have Kimmich and Goretzka who can play there and are also apparently sniffing round Angelo Stiller from my local side.
