He was directly involved in all three City goals. All three went through him. Whether it was his fault is debatable but he certainly did nothing to stop any of them. And almost ended up on the end of a Haaland poster with that scissor kick.

But congrats to him, Champions League!

Scott McKenna had the highest rating for FC Copenhagen on the BBC report of the game...........perhaps Marinakis kept going onto the page and giving him 10/10 to up his value.......
As for the comment above that he's our best CB I don't agree.......Murillo, Niakhate & Omobamidele & Boly are all better.......as is Joe Worrall.

He's a free agent in the Summer. He holds no value for Marinakis.

Think it was a mistake lerrin him goo.

We'll see.
It's public knowledge that Scott was offered a new, improved contract but he rejected it, so unless you believe we should pay him what he presumably demands, why is it a mistake?

We have two left-sided CBs who undeniably superior to him - Murillo and Niakhaté.

Possibly realises he’s not going to be anything like first choice here for the near future here and so fancies his chances picking up a contract somewhere else in summer. If so fair play to him.

I really thought he would be a player who made it in the premier league, shows just how wide the gap is. One of our more successful players over the last couple of decades, hopefully he gets remembered like some cult heroes who achieved a lot less. Not a dig at any player that, I just mean he deserves to be someone spoken about highly for what he helped us achieve.

I think it more shows how much the game has changed. He would definitely have been a top flight player before all the rules were changed that didn't allow defenders to be physical anymore.

Top bloke, and he never let Forest down.

Good luck in your next move, Scott!

Sauce salad?
He's been a good player for us - I suspect had the contract thing not happened before that he might have gotten more of a look from Nuno. Too much water under the bridge by then. Good luck to him: Rangers or Celtic would be perfect for him.

Great Championship player, and lets face it, Scottish football is no better than that. Always gave 110%, so goes with thanks and hopes, that he finds somewhere half decent to carry on his career.
