I understand your point but think it still works as his hold up play and ability to bring others in would allow the likes of MGW to run past him.Looks like the opposite type of striker that we need. Ideally we would get someone who will make runs in behind and give MGW etc options to find. This guy looks like he would drop into MGW's space and clog it up leaving no one ahead of them.
That's the way I'm looking at it. I think improving our interplay once we get it forward will be a huge improvement as everything stalls at wood unless he is in the area
