Does this move him into the biscuit barrel?
Shocking injury to have.
My Mrs ruptured her cruciate ligament before she and I got together.
She was a whole year out following an operation to repair the damage.
We met when she turned up for her first gentle game of squash at the squash club I played at.
So the moral to take from that is... go for the ones least able to escape ?

This sounds like a script for Richard Curtis‘ next movie?

„Four Rackets and an Arthroscopy“ or something similar?

I wouldn't say so. ACLs are obviously pretty major injuries and not really down to poor fitness or durability, it can happen at any time if you turn or land funny. Chris Cohen was a full season player without any issues before doing his and then he did the other one when he'd got back, sadly by that point they are weaker and more likely to occur again and have other issues.

Biscuits are more like those who have similar more recurring injuries which keep them out more than they're back like players who are always tweaking hamstrings and stuff.

I think Mangala (like Niakhate and Awoniyi that season) were mainly out with muscle injuries which could just be adapting to a new training regime and playing in a different league. Maybe the intensity of the Bundesliga is softer or the pitches are different or something. But presumably not related to him doing his ACL.
