This is the player I want the most and probably the player we need the most.
So its nice that this thread has got to 34 pages but wasn't going to happen from the very firsT post on the very first page.

This time last year he would have been with us by the time the second post on the thread was made.
That is how different things are this year with "DRoss Wilson sorting out signings.

No, he wouldn't. This time last year he'd have been at Everton, Palace or West Ham by now. You're conveniently forgetting that we are being linked with every man and his dog, and also that we missed out on several last summer - Doucoure, Onana amongst others.

Didn’t we actually make a move for him last year and got quickly turned down because he was way out of our league?

One year on and we have just about made it to the bottom of his radar as he waits for someone better to come in.
