If we get points back it doesn't really matter how many we get. 1 or 2 means Luton have to win their last 2 games by big margins to even have a chance of overhauling us. A token 1 point will suffice for our needs. Even getting nothing means Luton need at least a point at West Ham.
If we get 2 points back and lose our remaining games Luton would still overtake us by winning
both of their games 1-0 (they don’t need to win by big margins in that scenario but would
have to if Forest got another point).

The Telegraph, Notts Live, Athletic all posting the same article at the same time, saying Burnley could be relegated without kicking the ball. It ain't correct they've had 36 games to stay up.
Precisely. It’s bollocks. If we were playing Chelsea at 1230 on Saturday then they could also be relegated “without kicking a ball” and no-one would give two shits about it.

If the media said 'relegated without playing football' it would make more sense, because Burnley are rubbish at it.

I hope that there is dated documentation on the decisions etc, because it will be very interesting to know when certain decisions have been made, with regards to teams playing etc, because surely the decision will have been made last week, and just dragged on into this week due to the weekend games.

Exactly I can't imagine sky sports saying, shall we show Arsenal in second 2 points off City (or possible on the same points) and also show the Man city game.... Or that massive game of Forest Vs Burnley with Burnley already relegated 🤔🤔
I agree with your point but sky have more than one channel to show games on dont they

They do, 1 will be arsenal, 1 will be city, 1 could be Klopps last game, 1 could be Newcastle man U or Chelsea and the fight for Europe...

Us Vs Burnley are a very low priority.

Literally no-one knows shit because the panel haven't released their verdict yet

It's so f***ing simple and yet some people on here think Luton sent their keeper up at the end against Everton because they knew the result of our appeal

Utterly absurd
Agreed. If Luton had known the result of the appeal they would not be obliged to keep their gob shut and would want to inform their fans of where they currently stand relegation wise.

Interesting listening to the latest Talksport podcast, Alex Crook saying there is confidence around Forest they will get at least a few back.

These conspiracy theories are utterly ridiculous

No-one knows the outcome of the appeal because it hasn't been arrived at yet
That sounds like a conspiracy to me. Have they been waiting on the latest round of games to determine the outcome of the appeal despite the hearing being over for nearly a fortnight?

People may not officially ‘know’ but there could easily be strong rumours doing the rounds from credible places.

And I can’t really see anyone bleating that out at the minute given the way we are seeming suing everyone that so much as looks at us these days.

While I agree with you on the conspiracy...
No-one knows the outcome of the appeal because it hasn't been arrived at yet
I also expect the outcome will have been agreed at the appeal hearing but legal parties will have agreed an embargo for the final draft.
