Don't know if there is any truth to this at all, there are rumors Bayern Munich financed it somehow. It seems a huge conflict of interest if true, which makes me think it could just be internet gossip.

So Bayern paid Dallas to move him to Ausburg, so that Bayern could buy him at a later period for a reasonable fee, compared to if he went to a higher up club who would demand a higher fee later down the line.

Indeed. Also, he's a strong kid who doesn't mind the physical stuff. I really do hope he makes the most of this loan because he has all the tools for a centre-forward, he just needed this chance to play proper men's football.
