How is signing proven players like Colback, Freeman, Taylor and Christie in any way, shape or form similar to the Montanier window?
I don't think anyone has complained, it's mainly posts of "more chance of ...." Than anything else.
Other than that people have discussed if he's good enough, and the general consensus seems to be he's better than what we have.

I do get the concern people have about the size of our squad to be fair. But I don't think we should choose not to sign a player just because we have two shit/broken ones in that position.

People wanted us to bring in proven quality players. Bringing in the likes of Christie and Arter (in addition to Colback, Taylor, Blackett and Freeman) would be doing exactly that.

Unfortunately though that how you run a club financially well. The saying should be if the cash is there and we don’t push our limits then get him. Forest have a lot of getting rid to do if possible. I’d keep Gabriel and get rid of Darikwa and Jenkinson.
