I don't think you can change once the season has started unless you have special dispensation from the EPL (Man Utd were able to do with Cristiano Ronaldo and Cavani a few seasons ago - CR wanted 7 (surprise, surprise) so Cavani switched to 21). Might have a chance with Milenkovic if he wants 4 as neither he nor Worrall have been named in matchday squads yet. Think it's unlikely Neco and CHO could change even if they wanted to.

Presumably that rule has changed as Neto wore 19 for Chelsea at the weekend but they've just taken 7 off Sterling and given it to Neto.

Haven’t seen our squad numbers announced anywhere, so yes, players from game against Bournemouth are now set, but Milenkovic can still change, as can anyone else not listed in the 20 for that game.
