That was unbelievably bad from Niakhate. Tried to play a ball out of defence KDB couldn't play on his best day and then charged out to try and make up for it and got bypassed.

Just curious---what other big error has Turner made? I mean, every keeper has the odd one---Allison, Ederson and on and on. I could be mistaken, but I think that was his first real howler.

It's the game play, sitting back and not being able to pass the ball which is dreadful to watch. Yes Liverpool are a good team but our passing was dreadful.

He had a poor game v Burnley but was rightly given the benefit of the doubt. But he's on his 2nd chance now - so give the Greek a go.

Not the best performance and maybe evidence we should abandon 5 at the back for good. But Liverpool are light years better than us.

What hurts is that we conceded 2 shockers. I feel the 3rd was a communication issue and a goalie issue, and that's something we can't afford. Murillo's mistake leading to the 1st....down to naivety but he'll have to learn quickly.

The game went as many have in the Premier, poor game plan and basic mistakes. I still believe this group of players could play better under different management/ideas.

Surprisingly not angry by that, we didn't lay a glove on them which is a disappointment but our injury situation upfront gave us no outlet (Elanga was like a headless chicken in the first half, much better when he went out to his natural left in the second).
Murillo got a wake up call, theres a fine line between flair and madness and that was the latter. After that, and the most disappointing thing was we collapsed like the dark days of last season.

Our season won't rest on that result, we were punished for basic errors against a very very good team.

Speaking of very good teams, lets hope Big T is a bit sharper next against Villa.
