I got back from a day fishing on the Trent at Stoke Bardolph, to find Mrs S had sent a river to a Nigerian Prince selling cheap video streams.
I missed the 1st Half so so got to see our U23’s turn out for the 2nd half. And by and large our U23’s are for the most part just not good enough.
The Club have disappointed by charging the fans to watch a meaningless game, plus are looking in the same league as Boris in terms of delivering a product so absolutely shoddy.
What a cheek!
This reflects badly on the Club.
Those deciding to make it pay to view, and those Tekkies who delivered the stream should be fired for gross incompetence.

Thought Da Costa and Silva's race is finally run. Panzo, Mbe Sow etc al really need to go back to school and learn how to think as a defender as they kept getting cut apart with the same Cov move. Ogeda might be someone who can grow into this team.

Friendly results mean nothing, but it does highlight the huge drop in quality from our first team (at the moment) to the u23s. You'd expect a drop off obviously but perhaps not the chasm that we currently have.

Its a friendly for a reason. Its more about getting some game time under your legs and gelling with your teammates in a competitive environment. Anyone who is losing their mind over a friendly loss I would hate to see if something really dramatic happened in their lives.
