Are people upset because they think this means we're moving? If we're trying to negotiate the council's proposal then the strongest way to do that is to have credible alternatives.

Found some information on some stadiums, which shows £1million is hardly the council robbing the club.
Man City £3million, it use to be closer to £4.5m
Newcastle £630,000
Bournemouth £300,000
Birmingham City £1.25million

Do we know what the Forest counter offer, or stated maximum was? I assume there was a number agreed at some point hence Randal's initial announcement.

Premier League gives us >£130 million per season, with players each paid several million pounds per annum, and an owner who is a multi-billionaire should not be making a battle over £1m per year rent payment to the beleagured City Council.
