I have no idea, but they obviously spend considerably less effort in negotiating player wages down than they are doing on this.

The last I heard the gap between them was about £150k. So, my guess at that time, was that the club is OK at about £650k-£700k the council at £800k-£850k.

I don't like the fact that this is being more and more since Cartridge came in and there's a conflict of interest there. It could also be that Marinakis actually wants the freehold.

If we leave the city Ground for Toton I will divorce Forest.
After 62 years of being a devoted partner, I cannot believe the crass stupidity if the Toton move is seriously considered by the Club.
If it comes to pass, it will a worse treatment of the Club's fans than anything Scholar et al perpetrated.

I agree. Which is why it makes me suspicious about Cartlege's agenda when there's a clear conflict of interest, otherwise it goes back to your previous post about it being baffling why they don't just get the deal done.
