I know that Nuno that I know that Nuno that I know
Exactly a point I made in this thread a couple of days ago. It shouldn’t matter if Young touches the ball - it’s an illegal tackle!!The tackle from behind was outlawed

I agree with your final point LR but both things can be true. I'm at the point where I really don't care anymore, the PL is no longer the be all and end all for me. I hope we kick this house of cards all over the place on our way down. The downside is that we now face charges against the club, the manager and a player. Do we really need this at this crucial time?
I‘m as angry as any Forest supporter - very poor decisions too often.
The reaction of the mainstream media is now anti-Forest.
By all means make a big protest after the game but do it properly.
The Club statement yesterday recognises the error to claim bias - we have backpedalled.
I’ve followed our Club everywhere during our twenty three years outside the PL. I loathe many aspects of PL including refereeing, VAR etc. However, we need to be in the PL to grow our Club.
On the field this season we have underperformed - owners, management and players should also be accountable.
4 years ago the mainstream media was telling everyone that Covid came from a pangolin and not from a laboratory. The reaction of the mainstream media is now anti-Forest.
I was thinking that we have previous with him. Well that and he's a bit shite.Anthony Taylor hugely at fault for the third and most obvious penalty - there's no (good - they'll be the odd fuckwit suggesting they just 'know it wasn't' or something) argument against that not being a penalty.
The other two he needed VAR for, the third he shouldn't have done, but then they 'let him down'/backed him/cheated as well. That third call beggars belief - it's as clear and obvious a penalty as you'll ever see. *****.
I recognise your point.4 years ago the mainstream media was telling everyone that Covid came from a pangolin and not from a laboratory.
They do what they are paid to do. They have no interest in rocking the boat as far as the EPL is concerned, see the reactions of the paid stooges: Neville, Carragher etc.
Despite our tweet on Sunday nothing will change. If anything, it will harden opinion. PGMOL and PL will further close ranks.
Look I’m angry about the refereeing and VAR. I spent thirteen hours going to and from the game on Sunday to witness that refereeing/VAR performance - plenty of time to reflect on events and get wound up.Which in itself highlights the bias/ corruption should this happen. It's almost doing the job for us. Maybe nothing will change but at least we can say we stood up and tried.
Then will be exposed for what they are and we will have succeeded, let them do it, let them expose themselves.I recognise your point.
For Carragher to lecture anybody about ethics when he should have sacked after his spitting incident is disgraceful.
Many in the football media are not dissimilar to agents, they make a living off the back of football. Many of them don’t get the life of a supporter - the real costs and time taken to follow their team. They don’t get the emotional impact. Their press passes and contacts are a million miles away from a real supporter.
However, they are in a very influential position. Many of them do not understand the Forest situation with refereeing and VAR. They have their own bias with no accountability.

Yes Forest must stand up and be counted but it’s how we do it.
Instead of tackling it like Wolves did, it’s clear that management and players are too focussed on refereeing decisions to the detriment of winning games.
Hence our predicament.
They all have, according to KickerHave all the Euro24 refs been announced this morning or just our contribution?
They try not to put refs on the same teams within a 1 month period and they never officiate the same team 2 games on the spinWe have Simon Hooper on Sunday, with Peter Bankes on the VAR.
They are keeping Tierney, Attwell, Jones and Taylor out of our sphere.
I don't think they do at all. I think it's their arrogance again and a stand by themAtwell confirmed for Fulham v Palace as ref. This in itself is a statement from PGMOL that they believe Atwell was correct with all decisions as any clear mistakes are punished via a ‘rest’.

Except when him and Taylor turn up for a match with Groucho nose and glasses on, claiming never to have heard of themselves. At the very least with this hoo ha that we have made at least we can't possibly ever have Attwell officiating or being on VAR for us. Thats a win for sure.

I don't want to upset you but the 4th official on Sunday was.... Keith Stroud.I admire your optimism.
We had Stroud back in charge of us not long after the West Brom debacle a few years ago - and that probably remains the worst single day of refereeing I have ever seen (including this weekend just gone).
I don't mind Pawson, he's one of the better ones. Can't remember him having a huge impact on us not winning either of those two games.
