That's exactly what I was thinking.How is McGinn's red even close to being debatable?

I don’t actually believe what tierney and his shit **** assistant say. If Reid admitted he swore initially but not again repeatedly I believe it. Why would he lie? He admitted the charge.Let me get this right:
Steven Reid gets shitcanned because he's furious with the ref for not knowing the laws of the game;
Forest get shitcanned because, yet again, they're furious with the ref for not knowing the laws of the game,
and the referee who doesn't seem to know the laws of the game, causing all that furore, gets off scott-free.
Is that where we are?
„So, then, would you like to be shot, hung, poisoned, or set on fire?“I may live to regret this comment but I think Oliver is the best of a bad bunch.
But hey, we should stop "acting like victims"...Let me get this right:

If Reid disputes what the official report says we should push this all the way we can, and make sure we articulate that if they'll collude to this extent where do they draw the line?I don’t actually believe what tierney and his shit **** assistant say. Their statements look to me like they have conferred and got their stories straight.
I guess the question is; Was the verbal tirade because you f**ked up and didn’t know your job?If Reid said what he is reported to have said, then that is his problem. Going on a tirade will never a) reverse a decision b) make an official more likely to give you something next time and c) endear you to his colleagues. It's a pointless, undisciplined verbal explosion. Makes him a hero to the fans of the club and does absolutely nothing to help us in the future. So be it. If anyone can see the point to this, it's lost on me. And yes, I've been on the end of this type of thing a few times. I just pull out my book, write down what the guy yells, and put it in my report. Then he can try and explain himself to the disciplinary committee. If he apologizes later, good for him. If he doesn't, I don't care. If he does it again, I do the exact same thing.
I don't disagree with any of what you say if that is exactly what Reid said. If Reid says it's a fair cop we suck it up and move on.If Reid said what he is reported to have said, then that is his problem. Follows on from ex referee, Keith Hackett, having a go at us in The Telegraph.Ian Ladyman in the Daily Mail has done a full article on ‘jobbing coach’ Steven Reid’s shocking tirade at Tierney. It’s left football in the sewer apparently. No reference to the number of terrible decisions against us which had led to this.
Has Tierney ever come out and said that he got it badly wrong?
Tierney can write down whatever he likes. Doesn't make it fact in my book.If Reid said what he is reported to have said, then that is his problem. Perhaps the Daily Mail could start a 'Teach Referees the Rules of the Game' campaign alongside their 'Stop Abusing Referees' one.Ian Ladyman in the Daily Mail has done a full article on ‘jobbing coach’ Steven Reid’s shocking tirade at Tierney. Can't fault the irony of Reid being decribed as a "jobbing coach" by a jobbing hack. Ladyman was one of the worst Forest correspondents on the Nottingham Post, which is some achievement. I was bewildered that he moved on to a national rag, which indicates how little I know.Ian Ladyman in the Daily Mail has done a full article on ‘jobbing coach’ Steven Reid’s shocking tirade at Tierney. It will be interesting if Reid disputes any of this. As someone else said*, the aggressive language doesn't seem to match the body language. It's incredible how Tierney's memory appears to be extremely good considering just a few minutes earlier, he couldn't recall who had possession of the ball despite being reminded by our captain and fourth official. Unfortunately, asTierney can write down whatever he likes. Doesn't make it fact in my book.

I thought that he should have put absolute in the 'tirade' if he made it.It will be interesting if Reid disputes any of this. Unfortunately, ashis matethe linesman seems to corroborate what Tierney claims, it'll be very difficult to prove otherwise as no one else seems to have been in earshot. And if Reid did say it, then I am slightly disappointed he didn't use "incompetent" or "corrupt" as adjectives to flesh out the description of the ****.
