Never felt further detached from the club.
Just one question though, where were those 21,000 existing and potential SC holders when I was sat with 13,000 in the deepest shit in the championship?
I remember being at Leeds away when we won 7-3 as we battled relegation from the Championship - less than 800 of us that night I do wonder where all the people who suddenly want to attend away games now we are in the Premier League were that night??? Remind me how many away members do we have now??? That is what success does it attracts people.
I suspect if we go down as long as we are in the mix for top 6 crowds will hold as they have done at Leeds this season. My friend is a season ticket holder at Leeds they increased their prices when they went down across the board by 10% on season ticket renewals and also mentioned in the social media release that they had 22k on the waiting list to scare people into renewing. I imagine that is where Forest got the idea from as I understand they have taken a guy from Leeds to help with ticket operations,
I think the sad reality is the club do not care who sits in a seat as long as someone sits in a seat. However should we remain in this league
the pricing is in line with many other clubs. Its just the way the club have gone about it that has been very poor. But most of us on here while we
may disagree about the manager or players would I think agree mostly the club has been badly run for many years. Unnecessary FFP charge, lack of a sponsor last year etc.
Would it have been that hard to release prices which would be reduced should we go down??? Would have maybe made people at least think the club are being fair.
I think modern football detaches fans from most clubs - the game went for me a long time ago.
