West Ham, the cheapskate stadium-stealing porn-baron-owned shysters are trying to shirk their way out of paying the paltry rent they ACTUALLY pay to use your Olympic Stadium.

Meanwhile, as well as paying our own policing and stewarding costs on a matchday, other football clubs and the taxpayer get to pay for West Ham's matchday security costs.

Cheap bastards.
Well they do have another manager and his team to pay off now. Every penny counts!

Wonder who that could be.
Still can't believe the team in question kept playing him. Even against us (multiple times).

About time he got done.

I've said it before, it's the Pep effect that's blinded the vast majority into thinking possession is the most important thing in football.

If you've got some of the best players in the world then yes it can be very effective to keep the ball off the opposition, if you don't though (Southampton and Burnley spring to mind) then the manager is just cutting their nose of to spite their face. There's more than one way to skin a cat, and being solid defensively is actually something to take pride in.
To add to that - i’m also not having it that a goal scored via a handful passes on the break is inherently less entertaining or attractive than one scored following a couple of minutes possession and 20-30 passes. I’d argue it’s actually a lot more exciting in fact.

Graham potter in the crowd at arsenal. Arsenal playing west ham next week, therefore lotepegui replaced by potter within the week.
I was right about the person, wrong about the timing (this was an arsenal game in November). Interesting hire and essentially opportunity to prove that it wasn't just Brighton's system of scouting that resulted in success.

Still have Bournemouth away down as one of our trickiest upcoming fixtures.

Would be amazing to finally beat them.
That's the one I really want to tick off the list.

That whole silliness of the wind to call the game off. Then Bournemouth beat Forest as we were flying going for promotion.

Not just that, they've alway seemed to have our number. Finding a way to beat us or find a last minute equaliser. It's overdue.

They were a pain in the arse to beat even in the League One days. They used to have this keeper called Gareth Stewart who'd always have a blinder against us - so much so I remember a number of folk on this very forum wanted us to sign him.

They should have got potter to begin with, I think he will do well there

Yeah good match I think. West Ham should be knocking around the top 8 consistently. After sacking Moyes, they could have done a Stoke after they sacked Pulis wanting sexier football and tanked

Be interesting to see what Potter does having been given time.

He's clearly a talented manager - kind of a shame for him that being chewed up and spat out by the basket case known as Chelsea sullied his reputation, somewhat unfairly.

They're carrying a lots of injuries at the moment. Could be a good time to play them.

I think it's a great job.

He follows two managers that were unpopular because of their style of football which Potter will bring the complete opposite. Factor in they have a very good squad, loads of money to spend & are never really going to be threatened with relegation it's a cozy job for him. Be very surprised if he doesn't do well there.

Bournemouth would love to beat them, they just seem to have that player that hasn't scored in 219 league appearances and scores against us or some academy player chucked on for the last 5 mins to equalise or the keeper that has been crap for six games turn world class.

If they have a lot of injuries the wind will pick up when play against us, those Mr Kipling tin foil pie cases can do a lot damage to a stadium.
