He’s such a key player for them. It depends what they buy with their £40 odd millionThe mooted price is €51m, rising to potentially €56m, and Bayern think they’ve got a bargain.

If he is going back to Brazil - then West Ham are going to lose a fortune on what they thought they were going to get for him.Looks like Paqueta will be leaving West Ham for Brazil despite being linked with big money moves to City and Arsenal last season, seems like he's potentially ruined his entire career with these betting charges

That will effect what they can afford on a replacement - so MGW won't be going there. (if it was ever an option)
What a waste, I think he's one of the most underrated players in the league. He has it all, one of the most impressive players I have seen live.Looks like Paqueta will be leaving West Ham for Brazil despite being linked with big money moves to City and Arsenal last season, seems like he's potentially ruined his entire career with these betting charges
Was all but lined up for a £100m move to City before these betting allegationsWhat a waste, I think he's one of the most underrated players in the league. He has it all, one of the most impressive players I have seen live.
have they got £60m without getting good money for Pacqueta - no one in Brazil can afford more than £20mWest Ham fans seem to think they can get MGW for 60m - even IF MGW was leaving I doubt he sees West Ham as the next step
Wasn't he the dude Man City were sniffing around not long ago?have they got £60m without getting good money for Pacqueta - no one in Brazil can afford more than £20m
I do agree though - West Ham is not a step up.
Not by the binners they haven’tOh look, what a surprise:

The Premier League are getting butthurt that they’ve been outsmarted.
Well, most folk from Leicester are as thick as mince, so I’m not really surprised! Not by the binners they haven’t![]()
Well... Chelsea have got LOTS of money what with all the hotels they sell to themselves.Seems like Calafiori has turned Chelsea down in favour of Arsenal, wouldn't be surprised if they come in with a formal offer for Murillo
It's a lot of money to splash on Championship players. They certainly need to increase squad standard to have a hope of staying up though.Ipswich spending a lot of money so far
Theyve signed Hutchinson for £23m, Johnson on a free and now rumoured to have the £40m double deal for Philogene and Greaves in the bag too. Meant to be after Delap shortly as well.
Will be interesting to see how they get on and whether they get any pelters like we did and without being too knobby, I genuinely don't know if spending big on championship wonderkids will work in the unforgiving EPL either but let's![]()
Yeah, was just thinking the same. They are very talented players but they have almost zero Premier League experience. We saw in our first season how vital that experience is.It's a lot of money to splash on Championship players. They certainly need to increase squad standard to have a hope of staying up though.
AKA doing a Huddersfield. I kind of understand why they were so lackluster in their support in the play off final. They had been in the Prem a few year before and went down with 16 points. A nice as the top level is, if the club isn't backed enough to make some sort of effort, it must be horrible for the fans. Some just go cheap and bank the money hoping to do a Norwich and go down and bounce back quickly with a few quid in their back pocket.
Thankfully we have owners who see the bigger picture and had the vision to invest enough to keep us at the top table…just. Hopefully with no off field shananigins or FFP bollocks we can finally establish ourselves in this league this coming season.AKA doing a Huddersfield. Same with Blunts last season, their fans couldn't wait for the inevitable so they could get back to competing properly again.
