Sorry to hear that. Happened to me once in icy conditions and the guy drove around me and tried to take off so I chased him down.

I already had some rear end damage and showed him that (I don't think he did much damage in all honesty). For some reason he had £400 in his wallet going to work, and asked if I'd accept it. So I did.

Not insured then.
