Looks like this ones wrapped up and pending announcement, very exciting player

I reckon we'll get Davis late into the window for a fraction of Villa's current daft asking price. It will soon become apparent that no one is paying that kind of money for him.Think we only go for Davis if Villa lower their price a substantial amount. Awoniyi seems like he'll be the starting striker and plays somewhat similarly to Davis. And £15m is too much for a potential substitute striker.
It’s by the same bloke that asked to help get his money out of Nigeria and make me rich at the same time. What a coincidence! No idea how reliable this Nigerian outlet is (probably more so than Wayne though...), an article from this morning:
Exclusive - Taiwo Awoniyi Shuns RB Leipzig, Agrees Personal Terms With Nottingham Forest
Union Berlin and Nigeria international forward Taiwo Awoniyi is few details away from joining newly promoted English Premier League side Nottingham Forest on a four year deal.
Awoniyi and his agent are meeting with officials of the English Premier League side in Greece. We exclusively gat.d that an agreement on his wages have been reached all that is left is for a transfer fee to be agreed with Union Berlin.
24 year old Awoniyi is keen on the move to England as it is the wish of his wife to settle this desire made him to turn down a move to fellow German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
A fee of €20m has been pegged as his buy out clause with Nottingham Forest expected to meet it with ease. His former club Liverpool are due a percentage from his proposed sale as they had a sell on clause inserted in the deal that took him to the club last summer.
He scored 15 goals in 31 Bundesliga games last season and also made the Nigerian team to the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. He hasn’t been called up since then but new coach Jose Peseiro is reportedly keeping a close watch on him.
Edit: this appears to be the original source of the above, way less spammy than the other link:

If we pull off getting this chap, Niakhate and Henderson this week then that will be one hell of a statement of intent by the club!
Looks big and strong which is good as we need some presence up top. Having watched the obligatory goals comp the biggest positive has to be how 2 footed he is; well struck, accurate, finishes with left and right.
I am being greedy but would love Davis in as well. It would be like the bash brothers from mighty ducks!
And more to the point he is ever going to manage more than 25 games in a season with his injury recordVilla have seen how he's taken to us, they've seen how much we love him and that we've now been promoted and are just trying to milk us for what they can get. I guarantee they'd be asking for far less had we not been promoted.
As you said KD is worth 5m max, he doesn't score enough to be worth any more than that. He's going to end up being loaned back to the championship for another year.
Yep, will have exceeded my expectations by quite a bit if we get these through the door this week.Great start to the window if we get them done

Of course it’s not easy but it comes down to what sort of loan it is. If you are taking a potentially top quality kid to develop them at a lower level there’s no question of a buy clause and Worrall /Johnson fit tgat category. It's not that easy to just demand a buy clause in a loan.
Presumably those demanding one think we should have given Worrall and Johnson one when we loaned them out?
They helped us add a huge amount to our value as a club too. Davis may not return as we may decide that we are playing in a different pool now.If you are taking someone whose career has stalled, is getting on a but it is pissed if at the parent club that’s completely different. You’re not developing them as such and if it works out I don’t see what’s unreasonable about having a buy clause. You could argue that Lowe, Spence and even Davies fell into that category. We probably added a total of 25-30M value to that lot last year
An "unreal statement", also known as a "Nixon"this would be an unreal statement
Rather than a collection of unreal statements, known as a 'Quantuma'.An "unreal statement", also known as a "Nixon"
Sorry, I must have missed it. Have they made the 10am statement now?Rather than a collection of unreal statements, known as a 'Quantuma'.
