Definitely on then.

Last I read, Worrall is unlikely to remain in Turkey.Do we get the money for finishing higher up the table in this seasons accounts? Surely our December accounts only include us finishing 17th!?!?!
14th is the best we can finish, in Palace’s place. Earning us an extra 6.6m.
Add in Mangala and Worrall (both OTBs) and we should break even (or better) for the 23/24 accounts.
I still don’t think we will need to sell, unless we want to invest heavily. We shifted a huge amount of wages over the season.
If Sangare doesn’t hit the mark, could we line up a swap deal with PSV late in the window?
Give him pre-season and the first few games, then send him back + cash for Bakayoko if it doesn’t work out.
It could also depend on the rule changes around Luxury Tax?Last I read, Worrall is unlikely to remain in Turkey.
Also, was under the impression that we need to sell at least one player for a decent sum?
My instinct is that this will be a much quieter window re. incomings (so only 10, or so!). If Nuno is still here, that is. Personally, still think that Sangare will come good next season, assuming we stay up.
My instincts, however, are largely why I live in a garage.
I don't think replacing Neco should be anywhere high up our list of needs. He's been immense of late.and a first-class RB/WBR are miles ahead on the needs list.
that’s not named Origi
Job done.with something to prove
He plays with a big heart but I'm still not convinced that he's defensively strong enough to play in a back four. I'm happy to be proven wrong if he keeps pushing though, he is still a young lad after all.I don't think replacing Neco should be anywhere high up our list of needs. He's been immense of late.
I don't think it's the priority it once was as Neco has improved immeasurably this season, but we'd definitely need another right back once Montiel is sent back. Unless Williams and Aina will be competing for RB which would then leave us needing to sign a left back.He plays with a big heart but I'm still not convinced that he's defensively strong enough to play in a back four. I'd argue that superTax will be bad for Forest.Whilst grossly unfair on NFFC in 2024, our best hope is that the top-six force through the “super tax” on transfer spend and scrap points deduction, which would be amazing for NFFC in 2025.
Our owner is relatively wealthy for the league and has ambition. We’d be able to keep our better players and also spend another £200m, with a £20m-100m super tax.
It’s arguably the only way we establish ourselves as a Premier League club, certainly the only way we become a 6-14 regular club - EM might be able to outspend 4-6 other clubs regularly.
Leaves us as a club massively exposed if EM ever pulled the plug.
You’re just being silly now. With double jeopardy being a thing. I think we should look at Antoine Griezeman at Atleti or maybe see if Messi fancies a go in the prem
Don't think EM is gonna splash the amount of cash you are expecting. He hasn't really splashed the cash at the moment, yes we have spent 250 million but per player it hasn't been that much. I don't see him changing that strategy.Don’t disagree, I’m just hoping that we’re shopping in different markets to Man City. Also, that wages won’t be affected by the increased transfer fees.
If we’re competing with the “other 14” then we’re not going to miss out too much, the top six will always take the first picks.
It’s either that, or we stop spending and sell. That doesn’t feel like EM’s “big club attitude”
Absolutely. Watching us concede from set pieces or naive defending every game is starting to become really tiresome. If we do stay up, I'd be spending whatever money we have on a big horrible experienced CB
Nottingham Forest want Raphael Onyedika
Forest have perhaps lacked a little bit of depth at certain periods of the current campaign. Now, Club Brugge star Onyedika appears to be on the City Ground radar.
This comes from the Turkish outlet Cumhuriyet. They claim that a host of Premier League clubs are monitoring the player ahead of the summer. Everton and Crystal Palace are two other clubs linked with the central midfielder.
Onyedika has been a standout performer in the Belgian top flight this season. He’s featured in the same starting eleven as Philip Zinckernagel on a number of occasions.
Or the players name, on yer bike, not tonight.Cumhuriyet sounds like something my wife would say when she's not in the mood but it's my birthday.
