Daniel Taylor reporting Ross Wilson is the man Forest want to replace the sacked Giraldi:

As Giraldi has been banished to the „Ex-players“ forum, here is a thread for everyone to point out this will be either:

a) an unmitigated disaster, as many Rangers fans seem to be insisting, or,

b) some kind of unexpected success.

Discuss.

I frankly couldn't care less about disapproval from Rangers fans looking for any scapegoat for losing the title-race to Celtic. It could be a bit of both, i think its no surprise that rangers do not have the same cash available like Celtic does. I don't follow rangers so closely so I will read their reddit. I think a big issue was he didn't refresh the squad after the undefeated season with stevie g.

A "I'm not taking over that job unless such and such is there" type thing?
Indeed mate. The sudden sacking of Giraldi barely hours before on-going talks with Wilson are revealed - a Sporting Director who worked with a certain currently-out-of-work former Rangers and PL manager.

Why is that when things get a bit tough for the Reds the fans turn on each other and react badly to every bit of breaking news?
Fighting in the away end, insults traded on social media, owners, players, back office staff (even those not yet appointed) all vilified.
It’s all a bit depressing.

Oh for the days when a strongly written letter to the football post was the peak of our indignation
