Great video of Union Berlins story here. Definitely fancy this trip. That’s annoying the Hertha game I get back from holiday the Thursday. Cheeky one to Berlin? I’ve got my team looking into it, announcement imminent.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's the U23s against County. They probably wanted a friendly for letting us use the groundFriendly vs County on the 26th and also confirms our friendly against Valencia on the 30th:
If you get a chance to watch Forest at Union Berlin, grab it. On a weekend break I went to a match at their ground (an der Forsterei!) the season before last. The atmosphere was incredible with non stop chanting and singing, led by guys on platforms facing the crowd. When, towards the end of what was, in fact, a fairly poor Bundesliga2 match against St Pauli, Union scored, 'all' the fans threw their plastic glasses of beer up into the air. Union have the reputation of being a rebel club, so, what with their colours, recent promotion and the name of their ground, perfect partner club for Forest.
Only 21 players apart from the four goalkeeepers? Isn't that a bit odd?Grabban not in Spain, assuming this is legit:
Edit: No McKenna either think he's injured after international duty, but Brennan not there either after his international duty. Assume Surridge is still rehabbing after his surgery.

This is actually the typical matchday experience in Germany, flying (plastic) Bier glasses and all.If you get a chance to watch Forest at Union Berlin, grab it. Apparently he's moving up to become a first team coach. I wonder if he will be taking Steven Reid's role as he was linked with a few managers roles?First load of pictures, Andy Reid is out there as well:

Yeah I know that's been rumoured. I wondered the same thing regarding Steven Reid, be a shame to lose him but a very good replacement if so.Apparently he's moving up to become a first team coach. I wonder if he will be taking Steven Reid's role as he was linked with a few managers roles?

Surely it should be fairly straightforward to get a home end ticket for this one? Can't help but think Barnsley have undersold the game against us by only allocating us 2300 tickets. Their away end holds 5k and I'm sure we'd take at least 4k especially as opportunities to watch us are going to be at a premium next season. Unless it's to do with stewards and policing then they've really sold it short.

I'll ask my brother, he's a season ticket holder there. Not sure if you have to be a member etc. It's free entry to their season ticket holders, I know that much.Surely it should be fairly straightforward to get a home end ticket for this one?
Just s hint for anyone attending (or thinking of attending) - your match ticket also includes a day ticket for public transport in Berlin. Not sure if this has previously been noticed - but tickets for the game in Berlin are available direct from Union -
