3rd August apparently. Why aren’t they releasing the third kit yet?
Cheers Jimmy.3rd August apparently.
Village idiots talking mate.According to a lad in the village, EM is beside himself with rage over the leak.
He is also beside himself with rage because of the medics in London failing to spot that Omar Richards had a hairline fracture which he was carrying before the Club bought him.
From now on all medicals will be conducted in Athens.
And if I was personally shelling out millions on a player, I think I would be a bit upset if a qualified medic had failed to spot a broken leg...
As someone who does this for a living, unless they're releasing lots of material including longer form interviews etc, then it's 2-3 hours work to get a flashy 'look who we've signed' video released. In fairness it's going to take longer to edit and publish the professionally made videos from the club. It's easy for someone to instantly release a poor quality clip taken from their phone

Is this something that actually happened? He might have been hacked down in training anyway. And that person might have been told to leave and train with the reserves.
Probably as fanciful as the village chatter.
No, but I realise it does sound like I know something that I definitely don’t. But he may well have done it in training, who actually knows. Is this something that actually happened?
I think the photo of him signing is probably evidence enoughKicker says Orel to Forest is „So gut wie durch“ or in English, „as good as done“:
Mangala-Wechsel nach Nottingham so gut wie durch
Der VfB Stuttgart wird Mittelfeldspieler Orel Mangala (24) abgeben. Der Wechsel zu Nottingham Forest, oder viel mehr dessen Verkündung, ist nur noch eine Frage der Zeit.www.kicker.de
That is good enough for me, as they are rarely wrong!
It would make sense as to why we've gone to the trouble of flying Mangala to Greece then to Nottingham. Makes little sense otherwise. To be fair though Marinakis seems to have a lot of sway and power in Greece so I don't think a doctor would dare miss anything....According to a lad in the village, EM is beside himself with rage over the leak.

Apparently the nhs has started to try and get through the massive build up in wait times for procedure caused by covid by shipping people to private hospital, a friend of mines parent is having a hip replacement at the park through the nhs. Could be they are busier than usual? It would make sense as to why we've gone to the trouble of flying Mangala to Greece then to Nottingham. Makes little sense otherwise. I don't know why we don't just use The Park hospital like we've always done. Just keep them away from any ophthalmologists...
I’m no doctor but I guess a competent one would be able to tell if a hairline fracture was a new or existing one.No, but I realise it does sound like I know something that I definitely don’t. But he may well have done it in training, who actually knows.

Surely getting every players medical done in Athens would be a nonsense. It’s taken about a week for this signing to be confirmed and we can’t afford to lose that time getting new players in.Village idiots talking mate.
I've seen that rumoured too.
Only problem with it is that implies it's a London Doctor that missed the fracture.
Well, timing is a little inconvenient, because we knew about Richard's fracture before Lingard's deal was concluded.
Lingard had his medical at UCLH which is in *checks notes* London.
And is there only 1 doctor in London?
Why have Forest not announced this officially on their website yet?
As a medic, I should point out 2 things-no genuine fracture of any importance will be missed if the Xray is reported by a proper radiologist. The only way that gets missed is if the Xray isn't done properly or more likely isn't looked at at all by said radiologist because people are in too much of a hurry to get the deal done. Second thing is fractures cause symptoms. It is inconceivable to me that a professional footballer could have a leg break of any kind and be weight bearing under heavy loads and kicking a ball and be totally asymptomatic.According to a lad in the village, EM is beside himself with rage over the leak.

AFaIK, every medical includes a full MRI scan for bone and soft tissue. As a medic, I should point out 2 things-no genuine fracture of any importance will be missed if the Xray is reported by a proper radiologist. It doesn't make sense and my guess is that either an Xray was not done at all, or that if it was it was it was never sent for a formal report..
Have to agree with this.AFaIK, every medical includes a full MRI scan for bone and soft tissue.
Were paying top dollar for medicals. this is not the NHS trying to handle 130% throughput every day.
Surely, some thing as structural as fracture is going to be identified?
That's the general consensus. He suffered the injury post medical and in training?
