Paper talk says we've put a £100m on MGW if City want to buy him... in other news Hojlund being offered by Utd for £52 million..
Good luck getting that fee! I might be interested at just over half that, but 52m for a confidence destroyed 'goalscorer' (1 in 3 at best) who can't hold the ball up? Not sure he is worth 10 million based upon those. He is coasting around doing sweet f*** all and he needs to step up NOW, when it matters. He isn't doing that. Not worth 100 mill on his last few performances

He looks knackered to me, just like the rest of them. Nobody else can give us what he does though so there's no chance of him getting a rest any time soon.
Good job nobody buys players based on a few appearences thenNot worth 100 mill on his last few performances
Man U & Leicester doGood job nobody buys players based on a few appearences then
I agree but I'd caveat that with it being entirely dependent upon us being in the CL. As much as I hate to say it, CL qualification is far more important and significant to our future than winning the FA Cup. Not only does it change the transfer pool that we can swim in, it also means we potentially keep several key players that we might otherwise lose.See the City rumours have picked up the pace again but The Times also added that we weren't interested in selling and are not in a position where we have to. For me, I think it all comes down to whether or not Morgan wants to sign a new deal or not, because if he doesn't, I don't think he'll be worth any more than he is right now to us with two years left.
It's a difficult one, because depending on how the next 7 or potentially 8 games go, we could be FA Cup Winners and in next year's Champions League, would Morgan really not want to be a part of that considering that along with Taiwo, Nico and Yatesy, he's one of the only lads to be with us through that entire journey?
On paper, City pays him more and he probably finds the route into the England side easier. But, then you look at what they've done with Grealish and they can casually buy 50-60m players. He goes from an automatic start and a focus point here, to a squad player there, maybe not at first but eventually.
I don't think he goes, personally.
It he ends up in a position where he chooses us or them, I wouldn't be so confident.See the City rumours have picked up the pace again but The Times also added that we weren't interested in selling and are not in a position where we have to. He will see his career go down the toilet, like Jack Grealish.I think he'll go if we don't make CL. That being said, he'll be a squad player at MC and his little flicks will be coached out of his game after he loses possession one too many times...
