Morgan Anthony Gibbs-White OF ENGLAND!!

Good luck to him. Let's hope he doesn't get injured though.

I wonder if that will trigger a payment to Wolves through an add-on clause?
I think it will, I seem to remember one of the clauses related to England. Not sure if he has to actually get on the pitch though which is obviously not guaranteed.

Absolutely chuffed for the bloke. Hopefully he'll get to play, will be a proud moment for both him and the club.

Well played Morgan, and well deserved!
He comes across as such a decent bloke too, almost restores my faith in footballers. We see far too many of the likes of Jadon Sancho, it's refreshing to have someone on our books who seems to be so down to earth and humble.

Also, after watching him in the U21 tournament you just know he's one of those players who will flourish at full international level.

Annoying.

Now I feel compelled to watch an England game with MGW sitting on the bench throughout both.

This is quoted from MGW's grandad. Great to hear and it carries a little bit more rather than when you hear it as media soundbyte from a player.

He added he did not think his grandson had been expecting the news.

"He's phoned me up and he's in tears - yes, he's been in tears, his nan's been in tears.

"He's way over the moon Morgan is, way over the moon."

He said Gibbs-White was "just enjoying his football at the moment" and had no pressure on him.

"I know I'm his grandad but I've watched since he was picked up by Wolves when he was eight but he's flourished a lot - big time - he's more grown up now."

Give the lad a new contract as an added incentive to stay, few extra quid a week to go along side his England cap.

I just thought, he already goes out of his way to do everything possible for us to beat Wolves but now he’s buzzing from his England call up he might bag 3 all by his self tomorrow.

He's the best player we’ve had since Stan.
