He lost control of his car, which is so powerful it's hardly a surprise, and ruined someone's Christmas to boot.
It doesn't make him Hitler but it does make him out to be a big time charlie cruising around f***ing over people over.

As someone who spent years settling insurance claims youd be surprised how often it happens and how easy it is to do.
It was an accident, there will be 100 accidents on the roads today. Some minor, some where people involved will die. Until it comes out that he was doing something wrong it's a bit daft to call him a big time Charlie just because he drives a car in line with his salary.

I wasn't hammering him, calm down. Just trying to add some balance to the other article making him out to be saint like. If this crash hadn't just recently happened I would have forgotten it by now.
I'm sure his supercar ended up like that as a result of excellent and careful driving, however.

Regarding "refused to apologise", which is put into the newspaper story to incite anger - even racial hatred!
Most insurance companies will decline a claim if the insured has admitted liability as this can jeopardise the insurance companies position with regard to any legal challenge by anyone who feels they have suffered damage.
To give an apology can be used in a legal action as an admission of guilt.
So, despite it appearing to reflect poorly on Michael, he has done the right thing.
I think that someone should challenge the newspaper with regard to inciting racial hatred!
As for Michael Antonio, I would welcome him back into the Forest fold in a flash!
