This is cobblers. I was sat near the swansea fans, but didnt hear a peep out of them till the second half. Shame you couldnt sell out your allocation.

As for mcgugans reaction, I agree with you. He overplayed it, and it was sad to see. But is that anyworse than tates blatant handball, but then him grabbing his shoulder and pretending it hit him there to con the ref?

I think if your going to condemn one player for gamesmanship and conning the ref, you have to condemn all players who do it. Otherwise you accept it.

This.

Great tackle my arse! :D :D :D lol I just watched a video of it. The ball keeps on going but Taylor lifts his leg and studs into Mcgugans thigh. Doesn't ever touch the ball.

The reaction is up for dispute

The tackle is NOT.

THE PRESSURE IS ON YOU NOW

So by your logic when Burton Albion held Man Utd to a goalless draw a few years ago before heading up to Old Trafford the pressure was actually on them? Not the side that were overwhelming favourites? Err, ok.

Is there really any need to come on here and gloat? The overwhelming majority of Forest fans will hold their hands up and say Swansea played very well last night (particularly in the first half) and more than deserved the result. I'm not pleased with McGugan's reaction but to accuse us of having a lack of class is a little rich. It's true that he didn't need to do it, but it was a pretty blatant foul and there's not many that doubt it was a red. As others have already mentioned Tate pretended to be hit in the midfiff after it blatantly struck his arm - is this any better? He's still trying to con the ref. Tyson quite easily could have fallen over after being caught in the box but decided to carry on and produce one of his trademark scuffs. Even the commentators banged on about noble he was.

I'm not taking anything away from Swansea and you probably will beat us in the second leg, but there's no need to be a dick about it, is there?

I agree with his comments, hopefully Billy Davies will take McGugan to one side and tell him that rolling around the floor in agony when you've nearly had your bollocks removed by a size ten football boot is unacceptable, and that next time a firm handshake is to be offered. And well played the referee for allowing Tate to use his hands, after all, he probably thought it was a game of rugby given the nature of some of the tackling going on.

Shame your gloating has to ruin what I thought was a decent display from Swansea, certainly the equivalent of our draw at QPR in similar circumstances. We'll thrash you 5-0 at your ground though, of course.

Well I tried running a dogging carpark like you but got dissillusioned.

Is dogging still called dogging in Wales? Is it called sheeping, or coaling, or rugby or something?

Maybe he's a continuity announcer on S4C.

My mind is boggling about what kind of 'company' anyone can 'run' without a university education...

If you can't see that was a red, regardless of McGugans reaction, then you clearly don't know the game. You dont need to break a players leg to be sent off - McGugan could have stood up and made no reaction and he still would've been sent off.

The fans were pretty silent in the first half, sang an offensive dong about England which should be investigated and makes me wonder why Swansea don't f*** off back to play in the Welsh leagues. They only started singing when it became clear there would be no goals and celebrated as if they'd Already reached the final - we did this against Yeovil and that all went tits up, so there's still plenty to play for.
As for the 2nd leg I'd say things aren't completely in Swanseas favour. We could copy their 'every man defending' routine from the second half last night and take you to penalties. You never know
