Ultimatum time. An already relegated Sheffield United with every single pundit, journalist, talking head, the Premier League and the PGMOL and fans in general hoping for us to fail.

So from the scores that Statto posted, Browser79's post was correct then as the Boro Away draw (Mar 16, 1996) was later in the season than our home game against them, making it the 19th most recent game. The 1-0 Home game (Dec 30th 1995) would be the 20th most recent game against a promoted club. The two Bolton games were even earlier in that season.
History means nothing.
This about this afternoon.
It is about nothing else; 90 minutes at Bramall Lane, that’s all.
COME ON YOU REDS.

Been away all week so missed my weekly post about Luton not winning unfortunately.

Simple formula in this one though, win against one of the most hapless teams in PL history and put one foot in the 24/25 Premier League. We all want it, time for the players to show they do too. Failure is too unpleasant to think about.

Main village fiesta today so hoping the rest of the village won't mind suffering with me in the bar. They'll only be missing Real Madrid vs Cadiz.

One less gobshite...
This lot have conceded 97 goals so far this season, a record in a 38 game year. They're so bad they're close to breaking the 42 game record as well.

We have to win.

At 2.77 goals conceded per game they're already record breakers. Swindon's 100 goals conceded was 2.38 per game.

Nevertheless, it would be great to take them to the 100 mark and beyond.

I'm away today and there's a pretty strong chance I won't get to see this one... Can't work out whether that's a blessing or curse, and if I do get the chance whether I have the balls to put myself through it.

Sounds ridiculous (I've missed a maximum of three games in the last four seasons one way or another) but there's just so much riding on today, and when there's a way to make getting the same outcome ridiculously more difficult you just know forest will go about things the hard way.

We are good enough to blow these away, but with the stakes so high I fear a collective blobbing. Come on you reds - my nerves are shot. See you at 3pm!
