I honestly can't see anything other than someone taking a punt at £12-15 million for him. He hasn't shown that he can do anything particularly well at premier league level, maybe he will but no one is going to spend £35 million on maybe with the possible exception of Forest.
We can't play him when he is so utterly rank.
We can't sell him at a loss, not with our PSR problems.
He is Harry Arter's black brother.

First Team Squad
B block for me today so didn’t have the quality of view I usually go for, but thought we were the better side by a distance. BBC write-up reads like a game I wasn’t at.

We beat ourselves first half, offering something to a team with broadly nothing. Shite team selection as I assume is documented through most of the last 46 pages, but looking like the team with the better players. Sadly also looking like a team waiting for an excuse to lose - throwing hands in the air and generally looking weak and wet. Absolute relegation performance first half, from a mentality perspective as much as anything.

With the changes 2nd half (esp after shitshow on the wing went off) thought we looked threatening all over the pitch… at least till we got to their box and didn’t know what to do. We’ve got a reasonable side if the right players are picked and we show a bit of backbone and confidence. I actually feel bizarrely confident from that 2nd half that we’ll be less shit than 3 others. And look forward to selling our best players every year and becoming perennial cannon fodder like Palace 🥳

I'm guessing this will be a controversial opinion, but I thought Sangare was fine today. A few times he tried a trick and lost control, but every time the ball bobbled back to him and he regained possession because he's a big awkward disruptive kind of player. He was in the right place to break up loads of attacks and got an important foot in every time. If we go down I think there'll be a load of clubs trying to buy him. They'll all think we're idiots for not being able to get the best out of him.
Not controversial at all, just bollox

Just got back to sunny Northampton.
That first half was awful.
I never want to see Sangare in a Forest shirt again. Utter waste of money.
Yates brings nothing to a side that needs to transition quickly.
Not sure how Felipe earned being picked after his performance at Luton, if fact some of Nuno’s selections continue to baffle me.
Goalkeeper problem is sorted.
We still can’t string three passes together.
CHO was excellent.
Two of the three ’Winnable’ games have brought us two points.
I’ll be amazed if we avoid relegation as I don’t really see enough fight in this team (despite the videos and collages).

Glad I’ve got all that off my chest and that I don’t have to endure the next two home games as I’m buggering off on holiday!
That your there, Peter?

What a miserable game. Atmosphere was shite but what did the club expect? We'd rally behind someone with the personality of plankton due to a crap photoshopped picture and a crappy video.

The fact the fat man wasn't there just sums it up. Constantly throws his owner weight around in how we should play, sacks a popular man for a shit one but cba to even turn up to a game unless it's against one of the sky 6

Thought 1-1 was a fair result. Haven’t seen stats but we dominated a fair chunk of the game with possession but were inept up front, and they appeared to have the better chances. Some good saves from Sels and thought Reyna had a few nice touches including the lead up to the goal. Great header from Woodyboy.

Nuno, start Tues with our best 11, no that is not Sangare or Felipe. Don't give the other side a head start because you want to have something to bring on from the bench. Give partnerships time to flourish instead of changing them all the time. You should already have seen a lot of players that work together all over the pitch, use them. Only change for injuries.

We definitely have a team to beat Fulham, the thing is, will Nuno pick it...

Yes we can

If we keep him, he's a 35m loss on the books. If we somehow persuade someone to buy him for 20m, then we only lose 15m not 35.

Odd game, for about fifteen minutes over two or three periods we looked very decent... and then we didn't again. You could say similar about Sangare's performance - for everything he did right he did something wrong soon after. Him and Yates struggled for dynamism first half. Reyna was very us too, in that he has spells and then looked lost.

MGW cut a frustrated figure - I'm glad he got the assist because it would be another case of him staking a claim to be the best player on the pitch without the returns that his position demands. Might cheer him up a bit.

Thought the move to bring Reyna on and drop Morgan deeper got us the point. If we could actually sustain levels it could have got us all three.

Sels MotM fit me - great save at one nil down that would have killed it.

He was a big unit up top for them - enjoyed Felipe leveling him late second half.

Nice to have Aina back - gave us a bit more linkup down the left. Though Cho did well too.

Decisions wise I prefer us with him and Elanga starting, though sort of understand the Origi thing - think he uses him to go long to as Wood can't really hold up. Proactive subs - not going to moan.

Should we have won? Could we? We looked very easy to play around at times, and think a better palace side would probably have beaten us. Henderson made a couple of smart saves though - CHO and Reyna from memory.

Midfield another puzzle to solve -Sangare looked like he wasn't the answer again today. Danilo hasn't had much time recently. No Dominguez at all today though guess we needed Yates physicality once MGW dropped deeper.

Hmmm, on to Tuesday! Still need a win while glad of a point. Get three v Fulham and I'll be happy. Kind of expect another draw at best unless we solve the puzzle.
Most fair review so far.

I guess we all see it differently - I thought Reyna was hopeless today

Poor first half, didn't look a team and a lot of poor decision making. Thought we actually started on the front foot-ish but Palace have one attack and score, then nearly score with their second - great save by Sels.

Second half lots of possession around the box but crossing was poor. I bet the lad Anderson's stats were incredible as nearly every cross seemed to find him. One bit of quality and we scored, incredible finish by Wood.

Set pieces awful again and nearly conceded at the end from a corner.

Time wasting = doesn't exist when Forest are losing.

Missed opportunity for me.

Forest are magic on and off the pitch is a flat out lie at this point!

Players have been a let down, Cooper gone, the place is deflated.

Crowd has half heartedly tried to get things going but why should we. We've been getting behind the team for years.

We finally had something good going and the meddling has been off the scale and destroyed we what had going.

Need to win a game of football and they hardly look like the really want it. Today was there for the taking and it was half arsed.
