Many predicted we'd be floating around the drop-zone at this stage and that, as long we had our heads just above water we'd be looking at a ten game season starting with Luton. Of course, we didn't have the sword of PSR hanging over us way back when but the aim hasn't changed really.

Win today and we've, effectively, absorbed the predicted penalty and can go into the run-in knowing everything is in our control. Especially, when you look at Luton's run-in compared to ours.

Buzzing for this one, I reckon we’ve got what it takes. Night out in Nottingham planned later, with some owd school mates, so help us get off to a flyer Forest🍻🌳🏆🏆
NO petting. ;)

Do I listen to this on radio Nottingham or shall I cycle to Sutton on sea and bury my head in the sand to save myself a load of stress?

Today is quite possibly the biggest day in the clubs season. Win and we hopefully absorb what the league throw at us and our fate remains in our hands. lose, and then have points taken off, and we are down. I just hope the players know how big this is and are up for the fight as we haven’t seen it enough lately

Inspirals are among my favourite bands. Brilliant live . Jealous of you Oz🍻
first saw them at the poly in 89 and lost count of the amount times i've seen them live over the years - though this will be the third time in a couple of months. End of the month seeing The Karpets ... essentially an inspirals cover band with Tom Hingley singing

First came across Luton when we should have easily beaten them in 1959, but Reg Dwight's cousin broke his leg and it became squeaky bum time.

We won then just as we did thirty years later again at Wembley, but since then they have become a bit of a bogey team to us, winning or not losing because we either throw it away or referees don't know the rules (how many times have we said that).

It's matchday against them and we should win again, and I have no doubt once again we will somehow make it tricky for ourselves. Luton did their best for us on Wednesday, please don't let us waste the opportunity.

Let's hope Nuno will sort it all out, the players will feel in the mood and three elusive points will drop into our box.
My grandad was there in 59
