Any of you football starved folk thinking of going to Field Mill ?
Myself and the vicarettes will be there and it will probably be the only friendly I attend this pre-season.
No great expectations but hey it gets us out of the house. Pre match drinks in the Bold Forester [ very apt] on Sutton Road.lol:cheers::D:cheers:
 
ill be going and it's the only one i'll be going to on English soil as pre seasons are so boring
 
That's the night we're playing two friendlies. At a guess I would say reserve side at Mansfield, first team at Tranmere. Or a mix of both.
 
Should be quiet a lot of Forest fans at this one, so good fun then :D
 
Just got back, really wish I'd not had my arm twisted into attending tonight as it was an awful spectacle, the only consolation being I blagged myself in at a student concession rate despite my studying days ceasing twelve months ago. Pretty hard to judge the players up against a really poor outfit in Mansfield but Tyson looked pretty sharp and took his goal well and Anderson had a good game. Only real negative was Smith; his kicking was woeful as was his decision making in general. Not a chance he will ever displace Lee Camp.
 
Tyson looked sharp againest Burton Last pre season with a hat trick but didn't do too much all season.
 
bit of a larf with all the kiddies having their fun at the end :D and the stags chav gang but one of them before the game as we was queuing shouts out " i f**king hate em i do... Blackpool, Blackpool!. Bloody daft lad :nowink:

Game was alright i guess Tyson, Anderson all looked good. Moloney went on a nice jinky run cutting in from the left which led to Dele's goal. My new favorite player at Forest is now Nialle Rodney

Thought you looked very good i know it's only friendlys but the difference between Forest and Sheff Utd is huge.

The thing im critical of is a small section of your fans, Ripping out seats... Giving it all the mouths... Out they come the stadium and there mutes although i did see some throwing stuff at cars passing by 10/15 minutes after the game ended i know this in the minority but i thought it was pathetic by the certain fans.
 
Right back at you but the silly boys n girls on both sides are who we are talking about here.

No need to be ripping out seats though if true!
 
They chucked em out the stand after, it was where those kids were in the corner... I seen Stewards go and pick them up.

Uncalled for and pathetic.
 
I did not see anyone ripping out seats but it wouldn't surprise me as a lot of young chavs were in attendence tonight. Doing the conga at the front of the stand is one of the most cringe worthy things I have ever seen at a Forest match.

was my third away game, sat in the home end as i got in for free, not the best of games, best bit was watching adebola play CB when rodney came on! Forest fans became a bit of an embarasment towards the end....

it went from, begginging, singing and chanting, arh i wish id payed to sit in forest end

conga, mexican wave, and the majority of fans were these sort of chav things, so on that part id rather of had my deserted seat in the home end. got a good view of all 3 goals though!

Also this strange woman was so excited in front of me! posting every single thing that happend on some sort of forum!
 
i thought the conga was great fun, have a bit of a laugh at an awful pre-season game
 
yeah i thought it was all abit of fun in pre season, a little annoying but it was only young hoodies playing about. Just hope i don't see any of them again through out the season.
 
anybody else see the fat bird whip her tits out in the carpark,funny as f***,lol
