I'm the other way. I don't think football shirts look right nowadays without a sponsor. I'll buy one, but will wait out for now.Odd that someone wants a sponsor, when many who buy a shirt are happy without one.
I'm certainly quite pleased that I don't have some odd company which might now be bankrupt or beyond the pale on my shirt when I exercise in the morning or go digging my potatoes. (Cunning entry for all the bluesmen amongst you, just there)
So you would prefer to buy a shirt with any sponsor, regardless who they might be?I'm the other way. I don't think football shirts look right nowadays without a sponsor. I'll buy one, but will wait out for now.
Pretty much yes. I'll admit I did draw the line when Fawaz stuck his name on there. So you would prefer to buy a shirt with any sponsor, regardless who they might be?
More chance of Stepn KuntzNFT/Web3 company, STEPN are allegedly interested in sponsoring a Premier league team... this could be us
Think they've taken the sponsors message literally. So you would prefer to buy a shirt with any sponsor, regardless who they might be?View attachment 15485
Hope not. Despise the thought of us being involved with any NFT scam company.NFT/Web3 company, STEPN are allegedly interested in sponsoring a Premier league team... this could be us
That sponsor suited em.So you would prefer to buy a shirt with any sponsor, regardless who they might be?View attachment 15485
I'm speaking specifically about the team. I can absolutely appreciate fans not wanting some random sponsor on their shirt but for a professional team to have a blank shirt is simply off to me. My 11 year old has a sponsor on his shirt for goodness sake. I'm hoping a solid arrangement can be made before the next game.Odd that someone wants a sponsor, when many who buy a shirt are happy without one.

I don't personally get your demand for advertising on your shirt, but that's your prerogative of course. In which case, can I assume you'd rather a see a gambling company's logo than the name of a charity or plain red in the absence of a sponsor?I'm speaking specifically about the team. Woolworths closed a few years ago duck.Personally, no. Would rather it not be a gambling or crypto company. Forest should be able to get a sponsor commensurate with the stature of the club. Frankly I think the BOXT logo looked decent last season. My stance is purely aesthetic (ignoring the obvious financial aspects that are really non of my concern). My position is in modern football a shirt sponsor is simply part of the kit by design and this kit appears incomplete.
Marshall for MK Don's.Sometimes a sponsor really adds to a shirt, Wrangler/Skol for us, Nintendo/7up for Fiorentina
