I think the polo is quite smart , I don't really like wearing football shirts with sponsors on , so this is a better option for me. SPZL is a more premium brand than the regular Adidas clobber, so prices are expected.

Good. It’s an unnecessary American import (Thomas and co might correct me, but my understanding is that it was linked to Thanksgiving and people with limited holidays from work being off and actually having the time to go out and spend money), designed to encourage people who might not be able to afford it to pay prices that aren’t particularly good value for crap that the shops want to shift before getting all the Christmas crap in. I much prefer the approach of simply charging sensible prices year round, but that’s a boat that sailed a long time ago…

I think it's just the colours - there are 'standard' (ie. not limited edition) training jerseys (in red or navy) and pre-match jerseys (in white), and both are £45. They look identical aside from the different colours.
It’s not a patch on the „camo“ one from last season!

I seem to remember last Christmas they had a buy 2 shirts for £100 deal. So £50 a shirt but you had to buy 2.
