Fiendishly difficult Forest quiz

I'm going to try and post a question everyday which tests the depth of your Forest knowledge. ;) These answers will probably be google-able so just forgo that temptation and submit your answers (guesses? ;)) and not spoil the fun for others who may want to answer still!

Answers provided toward the end of each day.

Question One:

This *should* be a relatively easy one to start with.... I think!

I want the name of a Forest player, and will give you the name of five players he played alongside at the club he was at prior to joining Forest, as well as five players from the club he played at after leaving Forest.

- Teammates at the club before joining Forest: Pat Nevin, John Aldrrige, Graham Branch, Paul Cook, Alan Mahon.
- Teammates at the club after Forest: Dennis Wise, Gary Rowett, Damien Delaney, Stefan Freund, Ian Walker.

Who's the Forest player?

Bonus point: Name either of two players at the 'after' club who also played alongside this Forest player during his stint there (but aren't in list above), who have also played for Forest.

Hope that makes sense... answers later. :)

EDIT EDIT EDIT:

Change of plan. I'm going to submit 10 questions every day on this thread, and you can private mail me back your answers. I will provide answers at end of the day. Answers will be scored and a 'live' league table will be posted with the daily answers. League table will be reset every week. This will start tomorrow. :) The question above therefore is a taster question of things to come!

I may have to rethink how we do this quiz as I was expecting a variety of answers before the correct one was given. May have to go to private message submission of answers!

It was indeed Alan Rogers.

Andy Impey is one of the two bonus point answers. Gareth Williams is not a correct answer.

League cup second round.

It is difficult to believe that this is still the same season.

I know this is a few years old, but this question is presumably asking for players who were a team mate of Rogers at Leicester who have also played for Forest (at unspecified time).

Leics signed him during 01-2 (16/11), at that point only Andy Impey was in the squad who has played for Forest, though he hadn't played for Forest at that stage.
In the 2002 close season they brought in Nicky Summerbee from Forest. Chris O'Grady, who came through the Academy that season, though he hadn't played for Forest yet.
For 2003-4 they brought in John Curtis (who played for us later under Megson) as well as Riccy Scimeca (from us) as well as Lee Tomlin coming through the Academy (though he never played for them before joining Rushden).

Rogers left Leics technically at the end of 2003-4, though he had been loaned to us since Feb 2004, and with Wigan from 1/12/03 to 11/1/04.

All of the above were team mates of Rogers at Leicester, though to find ones who actually played in the same actual XI as Rogers would need to check appearances.

Given that Tomlin never actually played for Leics and that O'Grady was also young at that stage it's not likely to be them. Impey has already been accepted as a correct answer. Curtis was shit and never fitted in there, so he's not as likely as the others. Summerbee was old when we had him, so the other is presumably Scimeca.

It was so long ago I've forgotten the answers.
