Until this game I was not fully impressed - but he put in a shift and looked composed back there. He poked away more than a few balls, kid is definitely in the correct league.

When we sell Murillo to Real Madrid for £100m, we won't need to spend a penny to replace him

He is like a clone of Milenkovic
In one game maybe, especially against a poorer team.

But I do think the team will miss the things Murillo does. The pace, the nipping out and nicking a ball, but most of all the quick pass to set the counter attack going. Either directly or indirectly.

We will never replace Murillo like for like, even with an unlimited budget

Absolutely not. But I think it will affect our play more than we realise. But as you say we have another high calibre player to step in which is amazing scouting.

My guess is Morato has you locked in a room with gun and silencer sat on his lap, licking his lips.
Whilst „Stuck in the Middle with you“ by Stealers Wheel plays in the background…

100%. Morato is great and we could hardly have hoped for better - but he's not Murillo.

Murillo has had season and half playing this lad has come on as a sub and played a couple of games from the start, he is impressive.

My memory isn't poor enough to remember Murillos first few games, exciting, excellent and prone to a few mistakes.
