Given the goalkeeper situation and how light we are in attack without MGW and Awoniyi, spending €26m on a centre back (regardless of how good he is) when we already have one coming in (Felipe) would be absolutely mental. I don't even think Forest are capable of doing something so baffling, but you never know...

Turned us down in January. Fair enough. Back up for sale now. We have a load of CBs on the last year of their deals. This guy is a major upgrade.
Long term contract, spread the FFP hit too.
In short, he’d be our best CB aside from maybe Felipe.
