I'd imagine clubs higher up the food chain than we currently are would be keen on him, but I'd absolutely take him here if the possibility arises.

Do any of those clubs need him though? He’ll want to be starting 30+ games this season; I’m not sure he gets that in too many clubs in the prem (that aren’t dead certs for relegation)

You'd be mad not to take him but like others have said I think he'll probably have options higher up. Quite surprised City would let him go though, seems mental to say but they are lacking numbers in midfield.
