I forgot to mention; yesterday, Vranckx came on for Wolfsburg on 62 minutesa against the VfB, and his only real achievement in the match was getting himself booked for a clumsy challenge. Much of the rest of the contest seemed to pass him by a bit.
Given what Forest have lined up in midfield this season instead, I cannot help but think this might have been a bit of a bullet dodged?
