Best season in the last 21 years

It’s well reported we’ve not been at the top table for the last 21 years .......so in that time what’s been your favourite season? 2006-2007 for me Colin Clangerwood in charge, last game at Belle Vue Doncaster Rovers, Tyson notching three at Crewe, getting absolutely soaked and hammered 5-0 from Oldham, and who can forget if you were on the same bus that nobber at Millwall giving the cut throat signs at everyone one on bus number two ( official supporters bus) and then walking face first into a concrete lamppost hahahahaha that was a good day .....legend has it his face still has gravel rash ......I’m not going to mention Yeovil at home

The last 20 years have been largely shit.

With no inspiration to draw from on the pitch, I'm looking into the dug out & choosing the Pearce season. Outcome aside of course.

Magic Forest MK2 is as dull as Magic Forest MK1.

Billy's first season was enjoyable.
Last season was enjoyable as it was the first season that me and Mrs S were back in the East Midlands, each with a season ticket, and able to see every home game.
Except for Millwall... I was on a chaps fishing holiday for that one thank goodness!
However, it has to be THIS season!
We started with a new manager, and it looks like we shall finish the season with the same manager... unheard of for so many years!

Hart's play off season. Wasn't expecting it.

This one could top it.

Billy Mk 1, loved the thrashings we dished out to Leicester, QPR etc and the memorable West Brom away.

No offence taken fella

I had little option coming from Sunderland each week driving to Nottingham then onto Swansea, Brentford, etc, a lot of the time away games were a lot easier too get too if they were around Crewe etc or north of Nottingham, I also had the step son tagging along as a converted Red ......truthfully best season ever 93, Brian’s last, the creme de la creme went home and away, we knew we were gone but the support was unbelievable.....never ever forget Ipswich away .....anyone who was there will remember

The mods on here really need to crack down on people having multiple accounts, hard as it is

Getting to the play offs under Paul Hart was the best. Followed by Billy’s first full season. This ones in 3rd so far but January has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was at that Ipswich game. It was a weird season, remember some lads calling it a day, saying the following season was a new era they didn’t feel they belonged in.
Some of those last games were the last time I saw some people at Forest, some well known faces as well. Sheff Utd at home was like a big farewell.

Dons away at selhurst park, hell on when some Forest fans started the oh teddy teddy chant ....one and only time I’ve witnessed reds going at it with each other, even when that Dutch tw@t Pierre Van H scored against Direby, some cheered some boo’d some done neither, but no trouble

Feck QPR away the same season 3-4 who’s that Kingsley Black and Banno scoring .....I’ve started myself off now

A couple of lads on our bus broke their legs getting from the upper tier down to the lower one trying to get on the pitch at Ipswich. There was a roof in front of the upper tier and both misjudged the angle of the roof.

This one, closely followed by Harty Playoffs and Billy MK1.

Is there a contest as to how many threads, mostly irrelevant to the current situation, going on?

I think these threads are more suited during the international break or off season.

I think people, myself included, are just excited at the best season we've had in a decade, alongside the club being ran better across the board than it has been in over a decade. So we just want to keep talking about the club.
