Away Fans/Bridgford Lower

Just had my Leeds supporting mate on moaning that their allocation for the Christmas match has been cut to 1950; going to be a hostile atmosphere in the Bridgeford Lower for that one assuming that we get the other half of the seats!

With Leeds having a huge away support, my worries are that their fans will be snapping up seats in the home areas and that restricted clubs might put in reciprocal arrangements for when we visit them!

Don't understand personally why we don't make exceptions for the likes of Leeds, derby, wednesday, lester,

Let's hope some fans actually turn up in the home half...

Feel for Leeds, consistently fantastic away support wherever they go so they are one of the only clubs to lose out on this change.

Cash is King!
Leeds themselves have cut away teams allocation since moving them out of the South Stand, so whats his point?
They wont be in our end, like they weren't in the Brum end or Millwall end or Boro end...
Fantastic support but they dont half whine on about it, its become a standing jokes on various websites that Leeds take 7k everywhere, with 3k locked outside... they are MASSIVE, the Yorkshire Man United.

Don't know what the big deal is with away fans "only" getting 2,000 tickets. If Leeds (and us for that matter) get to the Prem most teams only give 2k tickets. There's a couple of exceptions, but in general it's around the 2k mark

Will we sell the other half of lower bridgford out? I doubt it, but still, sod em!

We don't want visiting teams bringing loads of fans and helping them get a result over us! Look how well it's worked since the club has put a stop to it.

All a matter of opinion of course. I think that the CG is a much nicer place with a full house and a passionate atmosphere....and it certainly was last Boxing Day, when we put Leeds to the sword!

Has anyone counted how many seats are actually lost with those red fabric crowd dividers that are put up in order to segregate?
