As with most of these types of studies it will be from a tiny sample size, if it is even genuine data at all.

If it keeps getting repeated on here that its a 3 way split though then that will become people's perception.

Perhaps we need an updated vote on here to put it to bed before it grows legs.
It’s not a black and white issue though. None of us really know what the truth is behind the delays to progress. w were originally told the lie that a new 250 year lease had been agreed. Nothing came of that and the goalposts have been moved considerably.
My preferred option would be a 40k+ stadium where we are now but I’m not prepared to wait forever for that option because this needs to happen asap.
If we can’t get an agreement in place with concrete plans to start by the end of next season we should look to secure another site if there is one available.
I don’t buy into new builds have to be a step backwards with no character or atmosphere. I’ve been in the City Ground when it’s absolutely bouncing and I’ve also been there when it’s like a morgue. It’s the fans that generate the level of atmosphere and that mainly depends on what is happening on the pitch.

Most likely. These results will be whatever the club wants them to be. The vast majority of fans have never been asked.
So why do the club (if they do) want to manipulate the "data" / perception in this way?
It gets curiouser and curiouser.

That's true enough. It's not a strait forward question though, it's a bit like the Brexit referendum. In or out? What does out mean? In the WFCG case, what does 'stay' mean and what does `'relocate' mean?

My view is that to say stay at any cost is NBG at all, whereas relocate begs the questions of "to where?' and "what will be built?'.

Where: it's going to be Toton, you just know it is.
What will be built: a flat-pack cheap as chips soulless and characterless stadium.
It will be designed to hold 60,000 day trippers, and will be have an average attendance of 30,000 if we stay in the Prem, and 20,000 if we are relegated.
Forest will be docked 9 points for trying to show ambition and be a big club.
Toton is another 30 minutes each way from the village.
And to get there by public transport will be impossible, because the Tories don't believe in Public Transport...

Nottingham Forest are to introduce Safe Standing at the City Ground.

Work will commence in the summer months in time for the start of the 2024- 2025 season.
Do you get to stand wherever you like with this or do you get like a designated place?

You have a designated seat/standing place. Safe standing allows you to choose to seat or stand for that specific ticketed seat. There's 2,300 of them going in a couple of areas.

I guess you're rather at the whim of the person in front of you - if they choose to stand up, you're bollocksed for a view of the game if you don't also.

That was my initial thought. Not a problem if those areas are designed Into a new stadium as you build it with a raised step so the row behind can still see. Obviously ours is into stands already built so the height is what it is.

Like alot of these things if everything around isn't purpose built it ends up a bit of a dogs dinner and half a job.

Depends how much taller the person in front is too. If you're in front of a kid and stand up then even if the kid stands up then they might not be able to see.

I felt guilty at the Fulham game as the person behind me was quite short and I'm 6'4. As the entire Bridgford was standing in front of me I had no option other than to stand. I did offer to swap with her but as she was with a larger group and 2 of us she declined.
