When Leicester come under the EPL umbrella then the EPL will try to screw them over for failing ffp last season which Leicester defended as they are in the EFL not the EPL. The EPL will argue they can now penalise Leicester. Leicester will argue that they can't be punished for offences two seasons before and the EFL will point to the Everton case that they can. Leicester will point to the Forest appeal and say that Everton can't be used as a precedent and the EPL will counter by pointing to the Forest appeal which says you can't nit pick and punch holes in our findings.Do Leicester come up/start with points deducted? Be great if that's the case, then it's one of Norwich or West Brom - might end up being another year with three sides more likely than us to struggle.
The EPL will give Leicester enough points to hopefully (in their eyes) relegate them.
When they are relegated the EFL will be waiting for them because they have breached this season....
