I don't want to speak too soon but they appointed Rooney to get them out of the division and he's definitely helped them on their way!
They also sacked Eustace when they were 6th, and Blackburn have appointed Eustace who are now looking good for survival at Birminghams expense.

Outstanding from Danny Rohl and so pleased to see a proper traditional club like Sheffield Wednesday stay up.
Hopefully they can build on this and do an Ipswich next season. Would be nice to see QPR up there challenging for promotion too. Been a while for them, also.
Playoffs will be interesting this year. Norwich (David Wagner) v Leeds (Daniel Farke who is ex-Norwich).
Southampton (Russell Martin) v West Brom (Corberan).
Wagner and Farke have gained promotion to the Premier League before. Corberan has been one step away.

Chansiri hasnāt been out to play for a while and we all know he loves to get the sledgehammer out.
Either way itās been nice to see the team pull themselves out of the hole they were in. I didnāt fancy the prospect of seeing Wednesday in a lower division than the sheep rustlers next season, given the way we wound them up at the end of last season when denying them a play off spot.
