waaay too soon to be gloating over their result, forest next and they'll liable to sh*thouse their way to a 1-0 victory over a hapless forestWhen did you last see a team in the final stretch of the relegation battle capitulate like Everton did?

You are a Philosopher, and you are posing a deep philosophical question here:No doubt that would make a lot of people on here very happy.
It’s a good question. It depends how big the tent is and how much piss. Is the tent the City Ground in this scenario? Generally piss everywhere there anyway. You are a Philosopher, and you are posing a deep philosophical question here:
Is it better to be inside the tent pissing out, or outside the tent, pissing in?
Amazing to see the complete lack of fight from many on here.
We spent the majority of last season in the bottom three, and posters were much more optimistic of our chances.

One thing we did have at this point last season was a talisman returning to full fitness. Awoniyi was the difference between up and down last season. We were last season's Luton really for ease of comparison, we had fight and the novelty of being in the Prem on our side, this year not so much.
As I posted weeks ago, in a dog fight, it is not the dog in the fight... it's the fight in the dog.One thing we did have at this point last season was a talisman returning to full fitness. Awoniyi was the difference between up and down last season.
I'm not sure Luton have that. I must say I'm slightly ignorant to the quality of their squad individually though so someone may correct me there.
Adebayo is definitely their Talisman. Has a knack for scoring important goals. One thing we did have at this point last season was a talisman returning to full fitness. Awoniyi was the difference between up and down last season.

If the away goals rule was still in place , like it was in our European days, then City would have won the tie. Just saying
I'm going to just say that if the competition was an actual knockout of the league champions from around the world, and not some weird variation of a European super League, they'd probably already have been knocked out.If the away goals rule was still in place , like it was in our European days, then City would have won the tie. Just saying
Don't forget we had SuperCooper last seasonAmazing to see the complete lack of fight from many on here.

Long time ago - but I don't remember us having to rely on away goalsIf the away goals rule was still in place , like it was in our European days, then City would have won the tie. Just saying
It’s is bizarre / idiotic timing when we most need the fans supportThe timing and impact of the Great Season Ticket Robbery couldn't be worse: Everton away, after they got a drubbing, but where they have the best record of scoring from set-pieces means there will only be 3,000 or so fans to air their grievance.
Then Man city (home), when the team will really need the fan boost to stand a chance of getting anything out of the game.
If the travelling fans protest, and the City Ground faithful protest, it will put another 2 sizeable nails into the Forest in the Prem coffin.
